Delivery Policy
Delivery timelines depend on stock readiness, auction timing, supplier response, route planning, courier availability, distance, and customer delivery instructions. Estimated times are targets, not guarantees, unless specifically agreed in writing. Customers must supply a correct delivery address, contact number, and receiving contact. Proof-of-delivery records, driver notes, recipient names, and POD images may be used to confirm fulfilment. Failed delivery attempts, inaccessible delivery points, missing recipients, or address changes may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

1. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OPTIONS
Available fulfilment depends on the order type, membership entitlement, seller/supplier arrangement, service area and product condition. Basic auction clients may be limited to collection while Premium clients may have delivery options according to the current plan rules. Marketplace sellers may offer their own approved delivery/collection methods through the SourceFlora workflow.
2. DELIVERY QUOTES AND FEES
Delivery charges may depend on distance, route, courier, minimum fee, location, order size and special handling requirements. Any applicable charge is shown or confirmed before final fulfilment.
3. TIMING
Estimated delivery dates and time windows depend on sourcing, stock readiness, auction timing, seller/supplier fulfilment, traffic, courier capacity and receiving availability. Estimates are not guarantees unless SourceFlora expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers must provide an accurate address, contact number, receiving contact and any access instructions. For perishable products, someone should be available to receive or collect the order within the agreed window.
5. PROOF OF DELIVERY
SourceFlora and authorised delivery partners may record dispatch scans, status timestamps, recipient names, signatures/receiving names, notes and photographs as proof of fulfilment and for dispute resolution.
6. FAILED OR CHANGED DELIVERY
An incorrect address, unavailable recipient, inaccessible location or late change requested by the customer may lead to rescheduling, return-to-origin or additional delivery charges. SourceFlora will try to contact the customer where reasonably practical.
7. DAMAGE OR QUALITY AT DELIVERY
Inspect perishable products as soon as reasonably possible. Report visible transit damage or material quality problems promptly through support and provide reasonable evidence so the claim can be assessed under the Refund Policy.
8. EXPORT AND THIRD-PARTY COURIERS
Export or specialised courier orders may be subject to additional phytosanitary, customs, airline/courier, packaging and destination requirements agreed for that shipment.
