Cancellation Policy
Cancellation rights depend on transaction type and fulfilment stage.

1. MARKETPLACE ORDERS
A Marketplace order may be requested for cancellation before the seller/fulfilment team accepts it or begins preparation. Once a perishable product has been prepared, specially sourced, handed to a courier or otherwise materially committed, cancellation may be restricted to the extent permitted by law and any unavoidable costs already incurred may apply.
2. MANAGED AUCTION PROCUREMENT
An auction request can be cancelled before the procurement deposit is paid without a procurement charge unless a separately authorised service has already been performed. After the deposit is confirmed and auction sourcing has started, SourceFlora may already have committed funds or incurred buying/handling costs. A cancellation request will therefore be reconciled against actual commitments and any unused balance will be credited or refunded as applicable. Auction deposits and balances are handled through Ozow/approved auction payment methods, not PayFast.
3. CLIENT, SELLER AND SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIPS
A member may request cancellation of future renewal at any time before the next renewal is processed. Unless a refund is otherwise required by law or approved for an error/duplicate charge, access continues until the end of the paid term and the used portion of the term is not automatically refunded.
4. DELIVERY OR COLLECTION CHANGES
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is normally treated as a delivery/returns issue rather than a simple pre-dispatch cancellation. Redirection, failed-delivery or return-to-origin costs may apply where caused by changed instructions or an unavailable recipient.

Use the relevant dashboard/support case or contact SourceFlora using the address above. Include your order/invoice or membership reference. SourceFlora will confirm whether cancellation is accepted, any amount already committed, and any refund/credit due.
